  The Bay is one of the most transformative, life changing, recharging and powerful experiences I have ever had the pleasure of attending. I have been to many different wellness retreats, workshops, programs and The Bay puts everything else to shame. I came for co-dependency and I have left feeling a deeper connection to myself, full of peace, self love, enlightenment and skills to help me live my life on my terms. The home I stayed in was stunning, beautiful views, big clean room, lovely bath, surrounded by bright green rolling hills. The carers are wonderful human beings full of the wisdom, love and light you so deeply need when doing such deep transformative work. Dave, the man in charge is one of the most intuitive, strong, insightful, hard working, dedicated human beings I have the pleasure of meeting. He never gave up on me, pushed me to dive deeper, held space for me through my pain and truly changed the tradectory of my life. I will forever be grateful to Dave and the team he has so perfectly put together. I came in feeling scared and deeply alone. I have left feeling like they are a family to me while also feeling incredible at home with myself. The food was delicious, my days were filled with mindfulness, peace, tranquility, deep therapeutic work(with the best therapist I have ever met), nature walks and activities of my choosing. Forever grateful for the Bay. I cannot wait to return and to continue to return year after year.

  One of the most effective and long lasting treatment centres in Australia. Highly recommended. Kind and compassionate with clinical and medical evidence based treatments.

  David and his amazing team were fabulous, not only did they save my life when I was at my lowest point I've been given the tools for a second chance at a happy and sober life. I was treated with such kindness, professional support and guidance I will always be grateful for everyone at The Bay. My accomodation was beautiful and the food plentiful and excellent. Most importantly I felt heard and cared for by everyone.
